How do I submit a custom order?

Please add the decoration fees in Markettime to your order as line items. These are under "Custom Stainless". After sending Purchase Order through Markettime, please send artwork over to with the subject line: KEENA PO (insert PO #) ARTWORK


What’s the MOQ for customization?

72 units per SKU


Can I mix and match colors within the 72 units?

Yes, you can mix and match colors as long as they remain in full case packs. Tumblers and Camp Mugs are in case packs of 36 units and Cold Cups are in case packs of 24 units.

Example: An order of 72 units of Tumblers with one design, can be split between 2 colors, 36 units of three different colors to meet the 72 unit minimum.


What is a Setup Fee?

A setup fee is the cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other fixture that is used in our machines to print your logo on your desired item.


What is a Decoration Fee?

A decoration fee is a per unit charge for customization. This is $1.50 per unit per color for screen printing, $3.50 per unit for digital printing, and $4 per side for laser etching. Wrap prints are an additional $1.50.


What is an Ink Change Fee?

An ink change fee is a fee applied when the artwork is the same across the same style, but a different imprint color is applied. This is charged instead of an additional set up fee. This fee is only applicable to Screen Printed orders, as the screen stays the same but the imprint color changes. 


If I place a reorder with the same artwork and item, what charges apply?

For repeat orders, the set up fee is waived if the artwork and item type are the same. The decoration fee however, is applied to each order and item.


What is the average lead time to receive my custom order?

3-4 weeks after payment and artwork approval.
