Lead time is 2-3 weeks for Stainless Items and Retail Grade Ceramics. Restaurant Grade Ceramic lead times are 8-10 weeks based on the item. We will email you an estimated ship date when our production team assigns one to your order. Please reach out if you need any more information.
How will you be shipping my order?
Your order will ship via Fedex Ground unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if you require UPS or prefer a palletized shipment.
Will you let me know when my order is on the way?
Yes, a Fedex Tracking link will be sent when your order ships and is on the way to you!
Are my items dishwasher safe?
We recommend Hand Washing your drinkware, unless your order is for Restaurant Grade Ceramics.
