I'm experiencing issues with my Nomad Sip lid, can you help me?

My Everyday Tumbler slider lid broke, how can I get a replacement? Can I get a different lid?
Sorry to hear about your broken lid, please find this part linked below. Since this is a push on lid, our other tumbler lids like the Nomad lids aren't compatible with this item.

SHIPPING
My tracking number shows no movement, will I receive my package?
Good news — since you received a tracking number, your order has shipped! USPS won't show movement until the package reaches the next USPS hub on the way to your final destination. This is completely normal.
If you haven't received your item within a week of your tracking email, please reach out at hello@created.co or reply in your existing email thread and we'll look into it.
I need to change my shipping address, how can I do that?
Please email us as soon as possible at hello@created.co — address changes must be within 1-2 hours of placing order!
When you email us, please include:
1. Your order number in the subject line with "Address Change Needed"
2. Your new shipping address in the body of the email
We'll do our best to update it before your order goes out!

Are all products dishwasher safe? Can I put them in the microwave?
Stainless Items:
Our stainless products are dishwasher safe on the top rack. If your item is customized, we recommend hand washing to preserve the artwork. Please note: stainless items cannot be placed in the microwave as they are metal.
Glassware:
Our Cove items are both microwave and dishwasher safe! If your item is customized, we recommend hand washing to preserve the artwork.
