RETURNS

Within 30 days of delivery of goods, we are able to refund unused items in their original packaging. Your total refund cost back to your original payment method will be minus a $10 return shipping fee. Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Returns after 30 days of delivery will be refunded as store credit. This amount will be the total order amount minus original shipping cost paid, and minus a $10 return shipping fee. 

EXCHANGES

Within 30 days of delivery of goods, we are able to exchange unused items in their original packaging. We will offer a prepaid label and upon arrival of your item, we will proceed with your exchange. Please reach out to hello@created.co to initiate an exchange.
